A few notes before we begin.

1) This will actually be part one of many such posts.

2) This is NOT an attack on any of you as persons or individuals or as players.

3) I want THE GUILD to succeed, which includes YOU!

Now onto the show.

We can clear Kara. We can down (and one shot) Gruul. We can nearly down Mag and we went through ALL the trash to Lurker without wipes. This is good, don't get me wrong. But we still have some polishing to do.

We have too many people with greens getting into 25 mans. There should be NO greens on you when you step foot into Gruul. If this means that we PUG people, fine. We made this exception at the beginning in hopes that these same people would take the initiative to get gear. In too many cases (for the record 1 is too many, but it is more then that) this has not happened. We have a lot of heroics and other 5 mans going on, but it's the same people going. We are going to try and help this out though and will attempt to schedule heroic night(s).

In addition, you need enchantments, you need gems. This isn't negotiable. You're level 70 now, can spend an hour and make 70 gold with ease. Even if it's just fucking shitty gems, they can be cut FOR FREE. Gems cost nothing! Enchantments aren't expensive really. And I'm tired of having to say this stuff.

If you can go to Kara, and want to come to Kara then don't go with another guild. If I see you in a Kara without a guild run, you're not going to a raid for a week. Again we will fucking PUG the others if need be. If you want to be slick and do it at the end of the week then you're out until the following week. You are in a guild, act like it. If you go to any raid we may attempt, Gruul, ZA, the aforementioned Gruul, Mag, or even SSC you're done for the week again. This going on for too long you may as well just quit the guild.

You don't HAVE to raid to be in the guild. You don't have to raid every time we go during the week to be a raider. But if you want to raid, you have to raid with us and that's it. It severely pisses me off when I have to take a PUG into a raid. I don't want to give them a fucking thing. Don't make me have to. Go gear up, come to the raids as you can, and kick ass. There are going to be seperate threads for tanks, healers, and dps who need gear.

This may sound like hard work and yeah I'm a bit flustered when it comes to this, but instances can be fun, we can bullshit and pal around throughout and get gear. It's the same when it comes to raiding. I want to see more content and I don't want to do it with any other guild. I know we can do it and we will.

I'm kind of glad we're instituting a policy like this. I don't want us to get all elitist, but it's not fair for those that work hard earning badges or getting enchants to carry the weight of those that can't be bothered.

And as a maxed out JC I want to reiterate what Chain said, you can get gems cut FOR FREE. And if you're just needing regular gems, we have TONS of them in the guild bank. There is no excuse to be walking around with unsocketed items. I'm not even talking about just for raids- when you're at the bank in Shatt (for example) and some random person inspects you and see unsocketed epics it makes not just the individual look bad, but it reflects badly on the guild.

As for green items, I don't think it's an unreasonable request at all. By the time I hit 70, over half of my gear was blues, just from doing the quests or instances that helped get me to 70.

The bottom line to me is- we're a guild we're here to help each other. Not just with small things, but with the bigger picture. If just one person gets geared properly and enchants their gear it helps us all. So if you need an enchant, or aren't sure which one to get- ask the guild. Same goes with gems.

Um yeah- suddenly at a loss for words, that is all.

as far as enchants go to the least you can do is grab some extra stam from a leather worker. Trunk Junkie is one I have a ton of leather in my bank to make up +10 stam to head, chest, boots, gloves, and pants. this in the very least can hold you over until you have the ability/mats to get to one of our guild enchanters to get the good stuff. JUST SEND ME A INGAME MAIL. I can have you the requested amount in an hour.
