Putting an end to it here is your chance to voice your opinion about multiple raids in one night and how we treat them for loot.

imo if you haven't received any loot yet: you should be given preference.

regardless of the raid.

Agreed, don't be selfish - if someone hasn't gotten loot that night yet let them have some

Can anyone offer a plausible explanation as to why a multiple-hour raid like Naxx and a 20-minute one like OS should be counted equally simply because they are separate instances? What does that have to do with loot???

The current system isn't perfect, but it IS simple, and if you really want things to be totally balanced, you'll have to come up with something a lot more involved than either of these options.

Also, please do consider the possible drawbacks of whichever system you're voting for and don't complain about it after the fact if the rolls don't work in your favor.

I don't care about my favor, I'm looking out for the interests of the guild, the more people that get loot the better (in my eyes at least)

I agree with Rex in the fact that regardless there are so many factors that play a part, and generally people arent gonna be happy with either outcome.

I feel like the people complaining lastnight were those of whom who havent been raiding with us within the past month. The system within the month that I have been raiding as worked perfectly fine, and there were no complaints about loot (even on a particular occasion when Yepecha walked away with three excellent pieces on one Thursday night). Suddenly you get people that feel like the systematic rolling has "screwed" them in one way or another, when in actuality anyone who stepped foot in OS had just as much a chance as the next person to win or lose a roll. Noone has greater leverage, and honestly if you take into account one person pass to the next person after having already previously won, you are ignoring the factors of how often said person is raiding with the guild/dedicating their time. Some people put in more time than others, and imo that should count for something. Why should a person who makes it to raids day in day out who had a winning roll in Naxx pass for someone who maybe halfass attends raids, or who really hasnt been putting in the time/effort. At the end of the day this is a casual guild, and some select few seem to want to steer it into a hardcore direction. If that happens you will be lucky if alot of people stick around for OS or to stay in the guild period. Personally I dont care what the rules are, because I find that I have fun raiding. So for the rest of you that want to piss and moan realize that (according to Rex, and Larcenn) there are people in other countires that dont even get to clear a Naxx, or get to enter a Obsidian Sanctum!

That said you guys can have your loot issues. im that guy having fun and kicking ass. :D

Also I think if some of our complainers were in the person's shoes who won more than one item they wouldnt personally be complaining, and this issue wouldnt have blown up. Its a different story when its your milk thats spilt eh?

Also I dont know that a poll will reach the entirety of the guild as a good portion of our members dont frequent the site. So whatever direction this tends to sway it is more than likely a inaccurate representation of the guild's majority opinion as a whole.

Okies, I voted for 2 Raids = 1 night loot.

I have opened up a ticket asking for Gumby to get his T7.5 Helm back, the guilt of having 2 pieces was terrible, esepcially with peoples reactions suddenly, so I have asked him to kindly take it back.

I rolled last night in OS as it was the rules that we had been following since Ama has been leading the raids. The rules, in which I have lost out on too and never complained about, Gumby won a trinket in OS one night, which I lost a roll to and then went on to win another trinket in Naxx that I lost to, in the same night, this wasn't a problem, it was the rules and its what everyone had been following and doing, I have had this done to me on more than one occasion as has everyone else.

What I don't understand is why did everyone have a problem when I won the 2 pieces, but never said a thing or had a problem in the past when this has happened and its happened a lot? :(
